Matt was fortunate enough to have “lived the dream” entering into the real estate market at a very young age; he purchased his very first condo at age 25, utilizing one of Santa Cruz County’s first-time homebuyer programs, Measure J. Drawing upon his formal education in the field of Social Work, his experience working with clients drives his ability to genuinely connect with individuals and understand their goals. Matt has lived in one of Santa Cruz County’s quaint beach communities with his partner for over 10 years with vast real estate knowledge county-wide; even over the hill in Santa Clara County! In his spare time, he enjoys walking along the cliffs at Pleasure Point catching a sunset, traveling, landscaping (fruit trees are his specialty), and home design.
