Are certain rooms hotter than others in your home? In some cases, like this one, a thermal imaging device can help track down those areas that were not insulated properly. This upstairs bunk room was missing insulation in multiple areas, causing the HVAC system to work way harder to cool it down!

DRONES FOR ROOFS🏡

Can’t talk about a drone for roof inspections without a sunset intro! I snagged this one just a moment ago!

For those steep, unclimbable roofs this guy is a lifesaver. The idea behind using the drone is mainly our safety, but secondly for those views we can’t get for buyers without one. We can identify missing and damaged shingles, hail damage, thinning, and so on with a decent drone. Where many inspectors will just say the roof was not inspected, we can at least say we got our eyes on it! Though drones are never better than walking a roof they are MUCH better than using binoculars from the street.
