🚨 BREAKING NEWS 🚨
Southwest Florida REALTORS® reportedly under investigation after multiple reports of:
✅ telling clients the truth — even when it’s not what they want to hear
✅ talking buyers OUT of bad decisions
✅ knowing contract timelines, lenders, inspections, flood zones, insurance issues, and permit history a little too well
✅ refusing to “just unlock doors” without a strategy first
✅ becoming aggressively protective of their clients during negotiations 👀
✅ responding to texts suspiciously fast
✅ checking on deals long after everyone else has mentally moved on
✅ treating every transaction like it’s their own money on the line
Sources say concerns escalated after another agent allegedly stated:
“Your clients ask too many questions.”
Witnesses confirm the response was:
“Correct. That’s how people avoid expensive mistakes.” ☀️🌴
Additional complaints reportedly include:
• explaining contracts line by line
• having lender, title, contractor, and inspector recommendations ready within minutes
• refusing to pressure clients into reckless decisions
• caring way too much about resale value, hidden issues, and long-term investment potential
• being “a little too honest” about houses with problems
Authorities are continuing their investigation.
So far, no apologies have been issued… and none are expected. 😉
