WHERE DO YOU EVEN FREAKIN START?! 💥

A lot of clients that come into my office have this same exact question so you’re not alone!

Let me give you a glimpse into what this beginning process looks like..

1️⃣ Getting pre-approved! That is the very first thing we are going to have a conversation about. If you’re not already pre-approved & don’t have a lender picked; there are several lenders I can recommend.

Getting pre-approved means we know exactly what your budget is and it sets everyone up for success! 🤩

2️⃣ Yay! You’ve gotten in touch with a lender and you’re pre-approved! Now we are going to have a conversation on what exactly you’re looking for in a home, and get that buyer brokerage agreement signed!

The buyer-brokerage agreement is a required document that both buyers agent and buyer have to sign in order to work together. Super simple!

3️⃣ Now the fun part… Time to go look at houses! 🎉
