🏆 SOLD & CLOSED | PALMDALE, CA 🌴📍

Some properties sell quickly. Others require strategy, patience, marketing and most importantly, the right pricing. 🎯

This vacant land came to us through a past client referral after we had successfully helped sell another piece of land and a home. 🙏🏼 That trust means everything to us.

The property had been listed multiple times before without selling. Vacant land can take longer to move, and unfortunately, it doesn’t always receive the same marketing attention as a home.

We approached it differently. 💡

We studied the market, had honest conversations with our client about realistic market value, kept him informed as conditions changed, and marketed the property professionally, including creative content and an AI-driven video campaign designed to get attention. 📲🤖🏞️

Because here’s something we tell our clients all the time:

Real estate doesn’t care what we want it to be worth. The market tells us what it’s worth. 📊

Our responsibility as professionals is to understand that market, communicate it clearly, create exposure, and help our clients make informed decisions.

Our client trusted the process. 🤝

Today, that land is SOLD, the asset has been liquidated, and those funds can now move toward his next investment opportunity. 💰➡️🏡

That’s what makes this closing especially rewarding. This wasn’t simply about selling a vacant lot. It was about helping a repeat client reposition an asset and move forward with his investment goals.

Past client ➡️ another successful transaction ➡️ referral ➡️ another closing.

That’s how relationships become a business built on trust. ❤️

AUGUST ✨❤️

August was a special month.

For the first time in a few years, I had both of my daughters together again. Anabella finally came home to visit, and for a few weeks we got to simply live life together eating, laughing, exploring, going to Comic-Con, spending days at the beach, and creating new memories as a family.

And maybe that was the biggest reminder August gave me:

La vida es bella. ❤️

Not necessarily because of the big moments, but because of the simple ones. Sitting around a table. Driving somewhere together. Laughing about nothing. Walking around the city. Being at the beach. Just being present.

We live in a time when everyone seems connected to everything, yet somehow disconnected from each other. I made it a priority this month to be present especially with the people I love.

But August was also bittersweet.

We lost Jaco under circumstances that have been incredibly painful and difficult to accept. There are still questions, and there is still sadness, but I’m learning to shift my attention from his absence to gratitude for the five years of unconditional love, companionship, and memories he gave our family.

We miss you, Jaco. ❤️🐾

And finally, August has always carried a deeper meaning for me. It marks a life-changing chapter in my story, and every year it reminds me just how much life can change.

This August was no different.

Some chapters closed. Others opened. There was happiness and there was pain. There were reunions and goodbyes.

But through all of it, one thing became very clear:

Life keeps moving, and so do I.

Thank you, August.
For the memories.
For the lessons.
For my daughters.
For Jaco.
For another reminder to appreciate what I have while I have it.

Onward. ❤️✨

🚨 DISTURBING DEVELOPMENT IN JACO’S DISAPPEARANCE Bill Taylor, HAVE YOU SEEN JACO? 🚨

I need the Sierra Madre community’s help.

After posting that our cat JACO is missing, a member of this group contacted me with screenshots and information that have completely changed the circumstances surrounding his disappearance.

Some of you apparently saw these posts when they originally appeared. I did not.

WHAT WE NOW KNOW:

In June, Sierra Madre resident Bill Taylor posted publicly:

“Anybody know the name Jaco Lopez? Cat or man?”

When someone asked what he meant, he responded:

“Cat collar.”

That is our Jaco.

Jaco wears a collar with a purple heart-shaped identification tag clearly displaying JACO LOPEZ.

The reverse side contains our address and telephone number and says:

“I HAVE A HOME ,DON’T TAKE ME.”

So there could have been absolutely no confusion about whether Jaco had an owner.

He knew Jaco’s name because he read his collar. Yet nobody from our family was ever contacted.

Then, in a later Facebook post, Bill Taylor wrote about a “big headed gray cat” that kept returning.

He publicly stated:

“He has been hit with my hat, sprayed with a hose and hit pretty good with a rock on the shoulder blades. He’s back.”

He then wrote that he had previously trapped two cats and driven them to humane societies in different counties.

The post ends with:

“Last warning to the owner. I am about to rent another trap.”

According to the community member who contacted me, she was so disturbed by this post that she reported it to the Sierra Madre Police Department on August 16.

She tells me that officers responded, that she spoke with an officer afterward, and that the officer documented what had been posted. She has provided me with the officer’s contact information, and I will be following up with law enforcement regarding Jaco’s disappearance.

And now Jaco is missing.

Jaco is not a stray.

He is 5 years old, neutered, vaccinated, not aggressive, and deeply loved. He normally leaves home during the day and comes back every evening. Our neighbors know him and see him regularly.

This time he didn’t come home.

I want to be very clear: I am not publicly accusing anyone of causing Jaco’s disappearance without evidence.

But considering that these posts specifically reference Jaco Lopez, describe striking a gray cat with a rock, discuss previously trapping cats and transporting them to other counties, and state an intention to obtain another trap, our family has every reason to ask:

Bill Taylor ,HAVE YOU SEEN JACO?

Did you see Jaco recently?

Did you trap him?

Did you transport him somewhere?

Did you surrender him to a shelter?

If you know anything about where Jaco is, please tell us.

If anyone in this community remembers these posts, has additional screenshots, witnessed interactions involving Jaco, or has relevant security-camera footage, PLEASE CONTACT ME.

And if anyone knows of a shelter particularly outside our immediate area or in another county where a gray male cat “ BRITISH SHORT HAIRED “ matching Jaco’s description may have been surrendered, please let me know immediately.

Preserve screenshots, videos and other information and send them to me so they can be provided to law enforcement.

This is no longer simply about a cat who wandered away.

Jaco has a name.
Jaco has identification.
Jaco has a phone number on his collar.
Jaco has a home.
And Jaco has a family desperately looking for him.

🐾 Bill Taylor, HAVE YOU SEEN JACO? 🐾

🚨 MISSING CAT — PLEASE HELP US FIND JACO 🚨

Our beloved cat JACO has been missing for 4 days, and we’re getting very worried. 💔🐈‍⬛

Jaco is 5 years old and is an outdoor cat. He normally leaves the house in the morning, explores the neighborhood, and always comes back home in the evening. Many of our neighbors know him and love him because he’s a familiar little face around the area.

This week, however, Jaco left and never came back. This is completely out of character for him, and we’re afraid that something may have happened to him or that someone may have taken him in thinking he was lost.

🙏 PLEASE KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR HIM. If you live nearby, please check your garage, backyard, sheds, crawl spaces, or security cameras. He may have wandered into somewhere and become trapped.

If you’ve seen Jaco, found him, or currently have him, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Even the smallest piece of information could help us bring him home.

Please share this post with neighbors and local groups.

We just want our Jaco home. ❤️🐾

OPEN HOUSES… an oldie but a goodie. 🏡💛

Over the years, Open Houses have been one of my most effective ways to connect with both buyers and sellers. They’re not just about showcasing a home , they’re about building relationships, answering questions, educating people, and creating opportunities that often turn into successful transactions.

Whether it’s 100 degrees outside, raining, or the market is slow, the formula remains the same: show up, prepare, be consistent, and do the work. There are no shortcuts. The business comes to those who are willing to put themselves in front of people week after week.💪🏼🥵

SAN DIEGO COMIC-CON 2026 ❤️🎭📚

This year’s San Diego Comic-Con wasn’t just another convention for me it was the fulfillment of a dream that my youngest daughter, Anabella, and I had shared for years.

After moving to Ecuador to live with her mom, we always talked about the day we would finally experience Comic-Con together. This year, that dream became reality.

I’ve been coming to Comic-Con for several years, and every fan knows the adventure starts long before you walk through the doors. Getting those badges is a mission on its own, with fans from all over the world competing for the chance to attend. I’ve been fortunate enough to make it every year, but this time was different …I wasn’t walking those halls alone.

Getting Anabella here took months of planning, paperwork, flights, and countless conversations, but every obstacle made this weekend even more meaningful. Finally, there we were, together at Comic-Con.

As much as I love the exclusive collectibles, legendary booths, movie panels, and endless creativity, this trip became about something much bigger: creating a memory that will stay with us forever.

Watching Comic-Con through Anabella’s eyes reminded me why I fell in love with this event in the first place. Every booth, every costume, every laugh, every mile we walked together became part of a father-and-daughter story we’ll always carry with us.

This weekend checked off one of the biggest items on my Father & Daughter Bucket List. Not because of what we bought, but because life gave us the chance to share an experience we had dreamed about for years.

Collectibles can always be replaced. Posters fade. Limited editions become just another item on a shelf.

But memories with the people you love become priceless.

Thank you, Anabella, for making this the most meaningful Comic-Con I’ve ever experienced. Here’s to many more adventures together. ❤️🤘🏼✨

🏡 Sometimes the best part of real estate has nothing to do with houses it has everything to do with people.

We met Aron and her daughter at one of our Open Houses in Covina. She shared that she had been searching for a home for months and had even been in escrow before, but unfortunately the transaction never closed.

Right there at the Open House, we sat down for a buyer consultation and introduced her to several first-time homebuyer Down Payment Assistance programs she didn’t know were available. 💡 We then connected her with one of our trusted lending partners to help her begin the process with confidence.

This past weekend, we had the opportunity to show her a home she really liked. 🏠 It was also our first chance to meet the rest of her family, her mom, her son, and her daughter. From the moment we met them, we could feel the warmth, kindness, and love they have for one another. ❤️

After the showing, Aron surprised us by inviting us to her favorite Filipino restaurant, Nova’s Grill in Covina. 🇵🇭🍽️ We happily accepted, and what followed was more than lunch it was a genuine conversation, lots of laughter, incredible Filipino food, and two families getting to know each other beyond the business relationship.

Moments like these remind us why we love what we do. 🤝

REAL ESTATE isn’t just about contracts, negotiations, and transactions. It’s about building relationships where honesty, authenticity, and top-notch service come together to help people achieve the dream of homeownership. 🔑🏡
