Workforce Wednesday: Behind the Build🧱
Elliot Bruns joined the Arcon team in 2023 as a Commercial Superintendent, bringing six years of construction experience working as a laborer, carpenter, and estimating assistant.
In his role, Elliot oversees commercial projects from preconstruction through completion, with a focus on daily field operations, safety, quality control, and schedule coordination. He works closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain clear communication, solve challenges in the field, and keep projects moving efficiently.👏🏽
Elliot brings a positive attitude to every jobsite and is always willing to learn, take on new challenges, and support those around him. His dedication, teamwork, and commitment to doing the job right make him a valued member of the Arcon team and his ability to handle the heat isn’t limited to the jobsite, as anyone who’s seen him take on a plate of hot wings can confirm.
