Workforce Wednesday 🏗️ | Behind the Build

This week, we’re highlighting Jason Massie, one of Arcon’s Commercial Superintendents!

Jason joined the Arcon team in May of 2023, bringing with him years of experience in the construction industry. As a Superintendent, Jason plays an important role in turning plans on paper into completed projects in the field. He is responsible for overseeing commercial projects from the beginning stages of construction through final completion, helping ensure each project stays organized, productive, and moving in the right direction.

The Superintendent is often at the center of everything happening on a jobsite, and Jason takes that responsibility seriously. His construction knowledge, leadership skills, and ability to work with a variety of people make him a valuable part of our Commercial Construction team.

We’re grateful to have Jason as part of the Arcon team and appreciate the experience and leadership he brings to our projects every day!👏🏽

This past week, we had the incredible honor of celebrating the groundbreaking of the City of Dayton Water’s newest project! We’re excited to see this project take off and take shape as we help the City of Dayton expand its Water Quality Laboratory at the Miami Water Treatment Plant.

As Dayton Mayor Shenise Turner-Sloss said, “When you go to get a glass of water or make a cup of coffee, there is never a question whether it’s safe in Dayton. We just know it.”

We’re proud to be part of a project that will help support the quality, safety, and reliability of something our community depends on every single day.

Thank you, City of Dayton, for trusting Arcon Builders to be part of this important project! We can’t wait to watch it come to life. 🏗️👏🏽
