Randy Sprenkel joined the Arcon team in 2019 as a Commercial Superintendent, bringing more than 35 years of construction industry experience. Prior to joining Arcon, he spent 26 years as the founder and CEO of a successful real estate & construction company, where he developed extensive expertise in construction operations, and customer service.

Drawing on his entrepreneurial background and hands-on industry knowledge, Randy oversees commercial projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency at every stage. His strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to effectively manage teams, schedules, and subcontractors make him a valuable asset to both Arcon and its clients.

Randy is committed to delivering exceptional results while fostering positive relationships with clients, trade partners, and project teams.👏🏽
