Processing time is typically 5-10 business days after all supporting documentation and co-applicants applications are submitted. Please drive by any properties of interest. We can only only consider you for one unit at a time, do not apply more than once. However, your application is good for 90 days, and can be transferred to a different unit.
Once your application has been approved we will call to set up a private showing where you will be able view the property in person. To receive keys, we require payment of security deposit and first month's prorated rent. Please note, all properties are rented as is.
