✨ Vista Ridge Apartments | Fairfield
✨ Veterans Village | Ben Lomond
✨ Maya Commons | Oakland

Together, these projects will bring 93 units of supportive housing to the community—serving veterans and individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

A big shoutout to everyone involved in making these deals possible—your collaboration and dedication are helping create meaningful impact across our communities 🤝

Danco kicked off the first day of spring in the best way possible.. coming together for our Spring Fling last Friday 🌸

It was more than just an event, it was a reminder of what makes this place special. Sharing laughs, enjoying good food and music, and spending time with one another outside of the day-to-day showed the kind of culture we’re building together.

At Danco, our workplace is rooted in genuine relationships, support, and a true sense of community. It’s not just about the work, it’s about showing up for each other, celebrating wins, and creating an environment where people feel valued and connected.

🏗️ Project Update: Emory Heights – Phoenix, AZ

Boots on the ground this week in Phoenix, Arizona, at Emory Heights, where construction is moving quickly on this 62-unit affordable housing community. With framing now up, it’s exciting to see the project taking shape and momentum building on site.

The Danco team had the opportunity to tour the jobsite alongside Mark Stebbings, CEO of National Bank of Arizona, a key financing partner for the development. This project represents a community-focused commercial real estate (CRE) deal, bringing together mission-driven partners committed to expanding access to quality, affordable housing.

Partnerships like these are what make developments like Emory Heights possible, creating real impact for the people and communities we serve.

Winter tried to slow us down, but our crew at the Mountain Townhomes project came prepared. With the right cold-weather prep and a strong focus on safety, they kept the pour on track and the jobsite secure.

Today we’re celebrating the TCO for Mariposa Place 🎉

Located at 750 W San Carlos in San Jose, this 7-story development will provide permanent supportive affordable housing for individuals and families earning 60% or less of AMI.

This project challenged us in every way — but it also reminded us why this work matters.
