First 2021 Alive After 5 Event, Bryan Blooms, on April 15

We are less than one week from the April 15 Bryan Blooms kickoff of the 2021 "Alive After 5" events in downtown Bryan. Created by the Bryan Development Foundation in 2019, "Alive After 5" participating businesses and organizations stay open late to provide an opportunity for the public to see all of the great things these hometown entities have to offer, along with specials, refreshments, live music, contests, and much more. "Alive After 5 events" are scheduled from 5 to 8 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month, April through October. The events feature fun family activities, contests, scavenger hunts, awards, and shopping and dining opportunities. Mark your calendars and join us as downtown Bryan comes "Alive After 5" on Thursday, April 15!

Hello All,

With the Governor’s order yesterday, we are going to be implementing the following:
We will be running with a limited staff for the next 2 weeks.

Myself, Jen Meyer will be your contact person for all your title work order and closing needs. If I am unable to be reached at the office, please call my cell phone at 419-583-7454. I will be traveling between the courts as long as they remain open for searches, transfers and recording.

If courthouses close down for any of the above needs, the services we can provide will become limited and at that point we will need to be in contact to make future arrangements.
We are asking that only signors attend the closing for safety purposes. We are more than happy to have Realtors and Lenders attend via telephone if they would like to. We are taking measures to schedule closings apart to provide adequate time for the sanitizing in between appointments to keep us all healthy.

Also, we are asking if you or your clients have been on vacation, to please reschedule your appointment for a time after you have self-quarantined for the suggested 2 week period. If you are experiencing any signs of sickness to please reschedule your appointments.
Thank you for understanding this is a difficult time for us all and we all need to do our part in keeping everyone safe and healthy. Please pass this along to anyone who we may have inadvertently missed in this email.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.

From all of us at Title Assurance Group, stay safe and healthy!

This is a much needed day for everyone!

Today is National Puppy Day!

Prepare yourselves for an overdose of cuteness, because March 23 is National Puppy Day! Established in 2006, National Puppy Day is a paw-some day for all dog enthusiasts to celebrate unconditional love and fawn over the undeniably cute furballs that bring so much happiness into this world. While we’re all softies when it comes to our four-legged friends, today is also designed to raise awareness about puppy mills and help prospective pet owners consider adoption.

History of National Puppy Day
Founder, Colleen Paige’s mission is to help galvanize the public to recognize the number of dogs that need to be rescued each year. It’s also an excellent opportunity to show off your dog’s supermodel side and give them some extra cuddles for all the joy they bring. So sit back and indulge in the endless stream of adorable puppy photos, but keep in mind that today might be the best excuse to bring home your own fluffy canine as your next best friend!

Colleen Paige first brought adoption awareness to a national level with National Dog Day in 2004, which was later adopted by the New York State Legislature in 2013. This day is celebrated on August 26 and is the day Colleen adopted her first dog, “Sheltie” when she was 10 years old. Since then, Colleen has inspired millions with her compassion and has brought worldwide attention to animals in need. She has shone a light on dogs putting their lives on the line every day for personal protection, for law enforcement, for the disabled, for our freedom, and for our safety.

National Puppy Day and National Dog Day are now great opportunities to adopt a dog because shelters typically have the highest intake of dogs around summertime. With 30 to 40 animals entering the shelter daily, we need public support to help save lives, and these national holidays do just that — by encouraging and reminding people to adopt, donate, and love their animals more every year.

Spring Equinox!!

The Spring Equinox, also known as the vernal equinox, is one of the four solar festivals of the year. The equinox — which translates roughly in Latin to “equal night” — is when the sun sits vertically above the equator, making day and night equal across the planet. The Spring Equinox officially marks the beginning of spring in the Northern Hemisphere, and there are celebrations around the world to usher in longer days and springtime. In some cultures, this day also marks the beginning of the new year, which in Iranian culture is called Nowruz. The Spring Equinox is a brilliant time for new beginnings, no matter how you celebrate on March 20.
