To be in my new home for a little over 6 months and be spotlighted as the “Agent of Excellence” truly humbles me! When my Team Leader posts that I am the coolest, most humble and committed agents she’s ever met brought me to tears this morning Robin Turner Henricks! You’re amazing by the way and you and Theresa Hilse Staker Michelle Kerber Amador Mitchell N Courtney Mullis PJ Kennedy have made me feel so welcome and continue to inspire me in ways I have never been inspired in my career! It’s all about the “WHO” you surround yourself with and I have found myself right where I need to be! Q: What is the most challenging part of being an agent in Charlotte right now and how have you addressed that challenge?
A: Some of the biggest challenges for me as a Real Estate Agent right now are navigating the shifting market conditions, higher interest rates, and low inventory. I am addressing these challenges by educating my clients as much as possible, initiating creative solutions for buyers tailored to their individual needs, and strategically pricing for sellers due to the shift in demand, making pricing a home correctly more important than ever. I am also staying adaptable and coachable along with being committed to taking care of my clients!
Q: What do you think is the greatest asset you bring as an agent into your representation of clients?
A: I am a Veteran of the US Navy and a high percentage of my clients are Veterans using their VA loan benefit. Being a Veteran myself, makes it easy for me to connect with clients and create that trust from the first meeting. My VA Loan Expertise and my firsthand knowledge of Veteran Benefits lets them know they can trust me to put their best interests first every time!
Q: What resource provided by our market center have you taken advantage of most and why?
A: I have taken most advantage of technology training in our KWB office because it is unmatched!
Q: What’s your morning routine?
A: My morning routine starts with getting my son up and ready for school. Next gratitude and written plans of my daily goals. Phone call with my assistant, Sydney to Prioritize the day’s schedule. Follow up on communication and MAKE THINGS HAPPEN!
Q: What does being excellent mean to you? How have you become an excellent real estate agent?
A: Excellence to me means going above and beyond with a servant’s heart! Putting others first and making a genuine impact is most important because I feel that Real Estate is not just about sales, it’s about the people you meet along the way and the way you treat them! I have become an Excellent Real Estate Agent by always putting my client’s needs first and truly caring about their dreams, concerns, and goals. It’s not about selling a house; it’s about helping people find and buy a home! I practice my Real Estate business with the motto, “Whatever you give out, comes back to you!” Even if it costs you in the moment, don’t fear; your passion for caring always comes back to you!
