About Leigh.... Education/Experience
Being raised in Idaho, I graduated from Boise State University in 1978 with a BA in Marketing. In 1981, I became a Realtor in North Carolina. I attended the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and obtained my GRI designation (Graduate Realtors Insitute) and also obtained my Broker's License. I moved to Texas and became a licensed Broker, then moved to Sacramento where I got my real estate license in 1986. I continued my education and got my California Broker's license in 1993. Professional Involvement
I believe in being very active in my profession and staying involved. I believe it is an asset to not only myself, but to my clients. I have served on the Sacramento Association, California Association, and National Association of Realtors board of directors for numerous years. I have also served on various committees and was the President of the Sacramento Association of Realtors in 2006. I also served as vice-chair for the legislative committee for the California Association of Realtors. I am probably proudest, though, of being named "Realtor of the Year" for 2006. Results
My focus is service to my clients, but results matter. I have been a member of the "Master' Club" , typically the top 4-5% of the local Realtors, since my arrival in Sacramento. Thus, I am very proud to be an Outstanding Life Member of the Master's Club.
