What a tasty month it has been, as we celebrate the 5th week of the National Month for Renters!

To wrap up the month, we had to bring Delish back to the community. They will be here on Monday, 9-28-26, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm.

Not only is their South American street food absolutely delish-ious, but you can pick it up on your way home from work and not have to do any cooking. Follow your nose to the smell of fresh cooked empanadas and plantains, as we get to enjoy another amazing week of celebrating with food!

Sometimes you just can't get enough of a good thing, which is why we're happy to announce that the Let's Cook food truck will be stopping at our community again on Thursday, 9-24-26, serving up their specialty burgers and pulled pork.

They'll be here from 4:30pm to 7:00pm. Don't forget to try their signature kale salad! This will be the 4th week of our celebrating National Month for Renters by bring some good home cooking to the community.

For our second week of celebrating National Month for Renters in September, we are welcoming the Let's Cook food truck back to the community on Friday, 9-11-26, from 4:30pm to 7:00pm.

You made it through the work week, and we thought it would be a nice way to kick off the weekend by having dinner brought to you. Specialty burgers, pulled pork creations, and a signature kale salad. Who's hungry? Let's Cook!

Please join us in welcoming Charlie to the community! 🔔

Charlie may be a new move-in, but he's certainly not new to the neighborhood. His brother lived at The Villas at Avery Creek for years, and when it was Charlie's turn to find a new home, he knew exactly where he wanted to be!

In just a few days, we were able to go from a tour to getting keys, and now it's time for Charlie to settle in. We're so glad you joined the community, Charlie, and welcome home! 🏡

Please join us in welcoming Goofy to the VAAC community! 🐾

Goofy is the sweetest and most loving boy, but his story has not always been a happy one. He was found abandoned and emaciated, and his rehabilitation began in an animal shelter. Then, his new parents found him, fell in love with him, and brought him home to The Villas at Avery Creek.

Goofy is thriving in his new home, with lots of love and spoiling from his new parents and the VAAC staff. So many treats! 🦴

It’s our honor to see Goofy out for walks each day and to watch him gain weight and strength in his new home. If you see Goofy around the neighborhood while he’s out for a walk, please take a moment to say hi. He’s never met anyone he didn’t want to be his best friend!

We’re so glad Goofy is part of our community and that he is now truly living his best life! ❤️
