Hi, I’m Phillip Whitthorne, Broker/Owner of Whitthorne Real Estate.

For more than five years, I’ve helped buyers and sellers throughout Southern Oklahoma and the surrounding areas navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Real estate has always interested me, not just the homes themselves, but everything that happens behind the scenes. From negotiations and contracts to building relationships, I enjoy the process and the opportunity to serve others.

What I enjoy most about real estate is the people. Whether I’m working with first-time homebuyers, growing families, landowners, investors, or sellers starting a new chapter, I believe every client deserves honesty, respect, and clear communication.
