CLOSED! 🤍🏡 This one was extra special, not only did I have the opportunity to represent the seller on this beautiful new construction, but it was also my aunt and uncle’s first build in the Mockingbird Meadows subdivision. I’m so thankful they trusted me to be part of it from beginning to closing day. I am so proud of them. A huge thank you to the ladies at Stewart Title for their diligence on closing this so quickly. We went under contract 14 days ago with a holiday thrown at them in the middle of that and they got us to the closing table today. Grateful! 🙌🏼
