PPRAISAL ≠ HOME INSPECTION

These are two different things.

🏡 Inspection: evaluates the property's condition and identifies potential concerns.

💵 Appraisal: provides an opinion of the property's value, often for the lender.

Both can play important roles in a real estate transaction — but they serve very different purposes.
