Two years working together and finding the perfect home for this beautiful family. This has been a long journey filled with patience, determination, and never losing sight of the goal. This family had been looking to moving to Oklahoma and they have now become homeowners in Ryan!

Because of military obligations, closing took place in El Paso, TX so we weren’t able to grab our traditional closing photo together, but seeing their family photo on closing day — and my client proudly wearing her True Kasa Realty shirt— meant so much to me. ❤️

I was asked why do I post Ryan and Waurika homes in Ardmore Facebook groups. NO, it's not because I live in Ardmore....

It's because buyers don’t always come from the same town and why not get more exposure and more eyes on them?

I have sold many many homes in Jefferson county to out of state buyers- more so than locals and that's the truth💯

This transaction closed as a cross sale with a Broker in Ardmore.

This is now my sixth transaction involving an Ardmore connection, and I recently listed another property in Ryan that has already drawn a showing from an agent in Ardmore.

The right buyer isn’t always next door. Marketing should reach where buyers actually are and I will continue to do that with every listing. 🏡

❌Tax assessor values
❌What you paid for it (seller) or what the seller paid for it back in 1993 (buyer)
❌What your neighbor sold for (without knowing the details)
❌What friends or family think it’s worth
❌What you need to net to get out of the home because you're "upside down"
