Just before the new year, I had the privilege of closing on this home and this one truly means a lot to me. While every sale is special, this was my very first transaction as a realtor back in 2019, helping my brother and sister in law purchase their first home/investment property. A huge shout out to them for trusting me when I was new, learning and finding my way in this business 🙌 ps. We had settlement inside of a Panera Bread but that’s a story for another day lol

They’ve continued to work with me as I’ve grown through many and sometimes crazy deals, including theirs 😂 and it’s been incredibly rewarding to be a part of their journey.

Just SOLD! 🏡

This home meant so much to my client and her family and parting with it was a bittersweet moment for them. I wanted to give my client a gift that reflected the sentimental value of the home so had a local artist create a portrait of the house so she would always have a piece of it with her 🥹
The painting, done by Painted with Love by Juliana, turned out just as I had imagined and it brought my client to tears when she saw it.

Back in September, my team had a client appreciation event at Citizens Bank Park 🙌
It was a great event and thank you to everyone who showed up! Not only was there food, desserts, drinks and a DJ, there was also a tour of the Phillies stadium! All FREE to our guests and we were the only event at the stadium. We got to go on the field (not the grass lol), in the dug out, batting area, see the locker room and more!
This is the type of event that my team hosts for not only our clients, but anyone who supports our business! Such as family and friends who give us referrals, share our business posts and/or becoming our clients in the future ☺️

I love that my team gives back to our clients!

So I fell way behind on making posts about homes that I’ve helped my clients buy and sell for a few reasons. One reason is because I put unnecessary pressure on myself with these posts with what pictures to post and what to say so naturally, I wind up just putting it off 😅 well, I need to get back in the swing of things lol so starting with back in April when I helped my client buy her first home! We saw other homes but as soon as we walked into this one, I knew it was the home for her. It’s a cute, perfect starter home and I was so glad that I could help her buy it ☺️
