Rozell Collective Realty, a boutique independent brokerage serving North Alabama and Southern Middle Tennessee, is seeking a Director of Growth, Training & Recruitment to help scale our agent base and shape the culture of a growing company. Located in Ardmore Alabama.
About the Role:
This is a leadership position for someone who wants to build something, not just work a desk. You’ll drive agent recruitment, design and lead training programs, and help set the strategic direction for growth across our Alabama and Tennessee markets. High performers have a genuine path to co-partnership in the brokerage.
Responsibilities
• Recruit and onboard new agents across Madison and Limestone Counties (AL) and Lincoln and Giles Counties (TN) and beyond.
• Design and deliver ongoing training — sales skills, systems, compliance, and brand standards
• Build repeatable recruiting pipelines and interview processes
• Mentor agents and support their production growth
• Partner directly with the Broker/Owner on strategic planning and expansion
Qualifications:
• Alabama and Tennessee real estate broker’s license preferred; motivated candidates without dual licensure will be considered, with licensing costs covered by the company
• Proven experience in real estate recruiting, training, or brokerage leadership
• Strong communicator with a track record of building and motivating teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset — this role grows with the company
Compensation & Benefits:
• Starting base salary to be discussed
• Zero company spend - 100% commission with no office fees for a producing agent.
• Path to co-partnership based on performance
• License fees and continuing education support paid
• 401k after 6 months
