✨ CLOSING DAY | 7117 Isle Royale ✨
Today was a special one. 🤍 Long read I know 😉
This home was referred to me by an out-of-state agent who found me online. The seller’s father had passed away, and because the seller also lived out of state, he was navigating the difficult process of managing his father’s estate from afar. From the moment I walked into the home, I knew this would be much more than a standard transaction.
Over the course of this journey, we tackled extensive updates — removing popcorn ceilings, fresh paint throughout the house, new flooring, pool repairs, landscaping, lighting, appliances, a new roof, HOA issues, and even clearing a tree stump violation with the HOA to get us to the closing table. We also worked closely with the buyer’s agent to navigate appraisal challenges and keep the deal together. There were many moving pieces and obstacles along the way, but together we got it done.
And today, a beautiful veteran family with 4 children (and 1 more on the way!) gets the keys to their new home. Truly the sweetest Mother’s Day gift for this family. 🇺🇸🏡
Another meaningful part of this story — the referring agent & seller graciously told me to keep the referral fee because of the amount of work, time, and heart poured into helping this family through the process. That meant more than words can say.
Moments like this remind me why I love what I do. Many people would have walked away when they saw the amount of work involved, but I saw an opportunity to help two families during important seasons of life.
God always has a way of aligning the right people, opening the right doors, and allowing paths to cross exactly when they’re meant to. Giving Him all the glory today and always. ✨
