Well this was an amazing success....we sold out in 10 days!! This is a development in Denton not that far from UNT and TWU that has 8-4 plexes...each sold for 600k and will bring in 6000 a month in rent!

Love this project.... we helped start this from raw land to now they're adding on buildings. We have found this to be one of the best and closet to passive income builders out there. There are no employees and this is a completely online sign-up process in managed business.
