Weeknights (Sun/Thurs) $125.00
Weekends (Fri/Sat) $140.00
Holiday Weeks (Listed) $160.00
(New Year, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Bluegrass Festival, Last Run, Arkalalah, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

There will be a $100.00 cleaning fee for each checkout. There are no additional fees/taxes. One night deposit is due with reservation which is refundable up to 14 days.

Ok friends....this Farmhouse at Dunkard Mill gig is becoming a part time job. 😉 The house has been full all month. 😊 Most of these bookings are coming from AirBnB. I wanted to just book through word of mouth but the exposurer on the AirBnB site has had us hopping. We have been blessed with wonderful guests.

I am posting this to let friends know if you are considering dates please go ahead and book. I have all of July booked🧨, Bluegrass weekend🪕 Thanksgiving week 🦃and most of May 2026🎓. Arkalalah 🍁 and Christmas🎄 are still available.
