SCK Health will be offering sports physicals for Arkansas City Middle School and Arkansas City High School students on:
📅 June 1, 3 & 5
🕛 Noon–4 p.m.
📍 SCK Health Urgent Care (enter through the Urgent Care doors)

💲 Cost: $20 (cash or check only)
✔️ Checks payable to SCK Health
🫀 Optional parent-requested EKG available for an additional $10

Physical packets are available at ACMS, ACHS, or on-site. Packets must be completed and signed before the physical.

Also coming soon: ACHS and ACMS athletics will begin using a new registration platform called Bound for the 2026-27 school year. QR codes and registration links will be shared soon.

SCK Health ofrecerá exámenes físicos deportivos para estudiantes de Arkansas City Middle School y Arkansas City High School en las siguientes fechas:
📅 1, 3 y 5 de junio
🕛 12:00–4:00 p.m.
📍 SCK Health Urgent Care (entre por las puertas de Urgent Care)

💲 Costo: $20 (solo efectivo o cheque)
✔️ Los cheques deben hacerse a nombre de SCK Health
🫀 Habrá una opción de electrocardiograma (EKG) solicitado por los padres por $10 adicionales

Los formularios para los exámenes físicos están disponibles en ACMS, ACHS o en el lugar. Los formularios deben completarse y firmarse antes del examen físico.

Además, próximamente: los programas deportivos de ACHS y ACMS comenzarán a usar una nueva plataforma de inscripción llamada Bound para el año escolar 2026-27. Muy pronto se compartirán los códigos QR y enlaces de inscripción.
