Feeling so blessed to be a part of something bigger than me.

These are Tulip & Poppies(I believe). The city always puts Tulips along Michigan Ave. each year and I usually do a video as it always sends me…

This year I have the privilege of serving our community and church home by tending to the garden. Can I just say, only Jesus! Okay?! 🥰🌷🌷💐🪻🌸

While planting our Spring flowers a young woman who offered to serve alongside me told me about the City of Chicago dumping program. The city takes all the blooms from Michigan Ave and dumps them in a field adjacent to a church in the lovely neighborhood of Austin. The city residents are then able to help themselves to the bulbs. 🤍🌷🪻

So the morning after the city announced they were dumping them, she texted me to remind me and was I able to get there, meet a few community members and snag all these beauties. now our church and the community will be able to enJoy the garden filled with Tulips next year.🪴🕊️

God is so gracious and kind to me. I’m overwhelmed by his goodness lately and I just have to share.
