If you could update your home with somebody else's money, would you sell your house?

This client allowed me to fund the improvements of their home and I received the funds back at closing. By doing so, they made quite a bit more & received multiple offers over asking price. This allowed them to cherry pick the offer they wanted. The sellers ultimately accepted an offer that was 25k over asking price, 'As Is' and with a quick closing.

This is the best case scenario when you're listing your home. You want the best house to choose from in that area so your offers are all high quality. The better the offer the less headaches that come with it. But you only get quality offers when you're offering a quality listing.
