Putting the latest NAR production numbers into perspective…
In 2025, there were approximately 1.3 million licensed real estate agents in the U.S. Of those, 71.1%—or 923,543 agents—did not sell a single home.
Only about 7% of licensees closed more than 10 transactions all year. I’m grateful to say I’ve consistently been in the top 1.5% - 4% for most of my career as a solo agent.
If you’re buying or selling a home, this matters. A real estate license doesn’t equal experience, and not all agents operate at the same level. There’s far more to running a successful real estate business than simply being licensed.
As a consumer, it’s important to compare apples to apples. Experience makes a difference.
I’m here to help you prepare, navigate, and succeed in your next real estate journey.
