FULL-SERVICE

When I was young, I remember seeing signs at gas stations that read “FULL-SERVICE”. I will never forget what it was like to see someone come up to the car, clean the windshield, check the oil and tire levels, and offer any other available services with a smile (despite Chicago weather conditions). Even then, I recognized what good business looked like and I will never understand how such a personal and differentiating service could vanish. Although this service tended to cost more, it always was worth it in the end and there didn’t seem to be a shortage of people lining up for it! As a dedicated real estate professional, my "FULL-SERVICE" sign will never come down. I am proud to faithfully carry on this mentality and work ethic.
