Yeah, I fired my buyers !

You know me by now, I don't sugarcoat things. I speak my mind. Some people love it and some not so much.
When you consider hiring me, you get all the facts up front when we meet. Before you decide to work with me. My clients never said they didn't know what they were signing, they never complained that something was hidden from them. Simple , everything is out there for you , so you can make an educated decision. When you hire me , you get the BEST and ALL of me. 110%.
But when you start playing games, I cut it short right away. I am not a sellout and I will not let people walk all over me in hopes to make a commission.
I have plenty of great clients that respect my experience and my work ethic. I don't chase the money, I make things happen for my clients and in return I get paid for the results. I am proud of what I do, and I am proud that overwhelming number of my clients refer me to others and that they come back to work with me again.

If you're used to look at homes on Zillow , as of midnight last night MRED MLS cut the feed from the platform to Zillow and Trulia. You can still see the listings on thousands of other websites. How long will this last? We don't know. There are many changes happening in the real estate industry, with many lawsuits going on. More then ever right now you need to make sure to work with a experienced Realtor who can navigate through all those issues.
At the end , customers should be the ones who benefit , not businesses, not Realtors.

Every house has a buyer. No matter what condition. Don't think that you can't sell it because it has issues and your desperate. Don't fall for wholesale companies or direct investors offering you cash deal. It is usually way below market price. How do you think they make money? By buying low. Hoping desperate seller will agree to their ridiculous price.
This is a story of a sale that took time, perseverance and solution solving skills. But at the end my seller netted $80k more than any of those investors offers.
If you think your home might not be in the best condition and you're worried about selling it , give me a chance .....I love challenge.
Selling a beautiful, remodeled , move in ready home takes almost no skill.

Congratulations to my seller on the sale of his home! 🏡

This transaction meant a lot to me.

It was not one of those easy, smooth, “everything goes perfectly” deals. This one took time. It had delays, obstacles, stressful moments, and plenty of moving parts that had to be handled the right way.

But I never gave up on it, and more importantly, I never gave up on my client.

My seller needed someone who would stay involved, keep fighting for the best outcome, and find solutions when things got complicated. That is exactly what I tried to do every step of the way.

In the end, we got it done. We secured a fantastic price, and I was able to negotiate a leaseback so he can remain in the home while I help him find his next one.

That part means a lot to me, because real estate is not just about selling houses. It is about helping people through big life transitions, especially when the situation is not simple.

I am truly grateful for the trust, proud of the outcome, and happy I could help my seller move forward with a strong result.

They’ve chosen to stay anonymous, and I completely respect that, but I still wanted to take a moment to say how much I enjoyed working with them.

From the beginning, they were responsive, open-minded, easy to communicate with, and most importantly, they listened to my advice throughout the process. That trust means a lot. Buying a home is a big step, and when clients stay involved, ask the right questions, and work as a team with me, great things can happen.
