Martin is in the Navy, and when they needed to find a new home, we had just one day to search! So, we laced up our running shoes and explored all over Lake County. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
After viewing more than 15 homes, we found the one and it was love at first sight! ❤️

🏡 What a great yesterday, as it was CLOSING DAY!!! 🎉

My clients, Kelsey and Spencer, closed on this gorgeous townhome in The Glen! ❤️

We had such a fun adventure exploring the North Shore together, searching for the perfect place for them to call home. The market can be tough for buyers, and we definitely experienced our share of challenges. We lost a few homes in multiple-offer situations, but instead of getting discouraged, we buckled down, adjusted our strategy, and hit the market hard.

Kelsey, Spencer and I worked together, refined the plan, and then… we found THE ONE! ✨
