This journey has been years in the making. I had the privilege of helping them find not one, but two rental homes before they were finally ready to purchase. When baby #2 was on the way, mom decided it was time to make homeownership a priority and lit a fire under dad. Together, we put a plan into action, stayed patient, and waited for the right opportunity.
