Chimney Repair Work is scheduled to be done in the 3000 block of S. Abingdon Street (both sides) for the next few weeks. American Restoration will be using a 60-foot lift to access the chimneys, and a couple of parking spaces will be blocked during the day while the work is done.

The Board of Directors will not be meeting for the June Board Meeting on June 3rd. The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 1st.

Arlington County is currently repairing a water main break on 28th Street S. Several units will be affected during this repair. At this time, Management does not have an ETA on when repairs will be completed.
