It is Bake a Cookie day! Here is a recipe from my friend that is super easy and delicious. It's almost impossible to eat only one.

Pecan Delights - 300 F 30-45 min

Ingredients:
1 cup butter
2 cups flour
4 TBSP Sugar
2 TBSP Vanilla
2 cups pecans
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Cream butter and sugar
Add vanilla, flour, and pecans and mix well.
Roll batter into small balls and place on a cookie sheet, with about 1/2 inch between
Bake for 30-45 minutes
Once done, immediately roll in powdered sugar
Let them cool
Roll again

Have you ever wondered what the best and worst days are to buy a house?

Some would say that summer is the best time and winter is the worst. However, I read this article by Forbes that says December 4th is the best day of the year to buy a house followed by Jan 26th.
