The final monthly market update from 2022!!

At the end of the year, despite the "mass hysteria" over the market, houses in Tarrant County were still up over 6% from 2021!!! While Fort Worth was up almost 5% as well!

Inventory was up almost 3x of what it was at the end of 2021

That means it's much easier on the buyers, while still being a great time to sell as it has not reached the inventory level to become a true buyer's market (which is indicated at 6 months of inventory, we are currently only at 2)

We see the number of listings going up⬆️, and staying on the market for a bit longer, meaning the buyers are starting to get a better chance of getting something under contract with a bit less stress😅, and sellers are still getting a bit of competition on their listings
