This is the part most buyers donā€™t see coming. Youā€™re not just ā€œwaiting on closingā€... youā€™re still signing paperwork, answering requests, and staying on top of every detail behind the scenes.

One of the biggest things? Be cautious with every email. When youā€™re getting close to closing and preparing to wire a large amount of money, always slow down and verify everything directly with your trusted title company before sending any funds. Wire fraud is real, and itā€™s worth taking the extra step to double-check.

The finish line is closeā€¦ but this stage is where attention to detail really matters!
