Today I learned something fascinating…
NASA is sending astronauts back toward the Moon 🚀🌙
But here’s the wild part: they’re not flying straight there and back. They’re using a “free-return trajectory”… basically letting the Moon’s gravity swing them around and bring them safely back to Earth. Even if something goes wrong, the path is designed to bring them home.

That feels like a really good LIFE strategy too.

The best moves, whether it’s buying, selling, or investing, aren’t about taking huge risks. They’re about having a SMART PLAN that keeps you protected while moving forward.

I didn't even know this was happening until this morning. Too bad this hasn't received more social media attention than some of the brainless posts and reels out there. 😔
🌙 This is the first crewed lunar mission since Apollo 17 launched back in the nineteen hundreds (1972).
They won't touch down...this is a test run for a planned lunar visit in 2028.
But still.
So cool! 🚀

🪧 (FYI, this is a real post typed by real me.)

Two buyers. Same house. Same tree. Completely different reactions.

Yesterday at my open house in S. Arlington, my very first guest looked at this beautiful tree and said, “I don’t like it. The leaves would drive me crazy.”
Not even 30 minutes later, another guest walked up, looked at the same tree and said, “I LOVE that tree out front. I almost want to go climb it. Every yard should have one!”
And just like that…
