Posting this very silly post workout selfie because I'm really proud of myself for staying consistent with working out during my travels so far. I've always struggled with consistent workouts if I'm traveling. No real reason for it except a lot of your standard issue self limiting beliefs like "I don't have time," "I don't have my usual routine or classes," or just getting too comfortable letting it slide until I get home.
But I've been realizing...I really DO feel better when I stick with my workout routines. I think better, I have more energy, and (getting cheesy š§ here) I'm my best self. There is so much I can't control about every day, but I CAN control my routines and my workouts. So I went to F45 here in Miami last night and had a great strength training class. This morning I did a run complete with running up some hotel stairs after because the elevator was taking too long š
Planning to do at least three more workouts in London over the next several days! Hold me to it! šŖ
