Milestone Progress Update – Inscribe Apartments at Lake Weston by FCP®, Orlando, FL – Congratulations to the project team for the great progress that continues at FCP’s Lake Weston Apartments! Framing and dry-in of buildings is complete with exterior finishes on all buildings nearly complete and interior finishes well underway. The first two of seven buildings is expected to be delivered within the next month along with numerous onsite amenities including the dock, basketball court, and playground. The certificate of occupancy was recently obtained for the clubhouse with pool deck and other areas soon to follow. Anticipated full completion is scheduled for Q2 2024. Once finished, the Lake Weston apartment community will offer 437 apartment homes across 33.6 acres with a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom residences -- all in a convenient location just a short drive to downtown Orlando or nearby entertainment parks. FDG has been providing construction management services and is thrilled to continue working with the FCP project team to support their successful project completion. We're excited to announce that, with the help of financing from EagleBank, Felice Development Group acquired 2.9 acres that will become a 900-unit, mixed use project on Capitol Riverfront. The development at 1333 M Street SE will also include outdoor amenities and 45,000 SF of retail space for Navy Yard East.
