THEY HAVE CHEATED US FOR 30 LAKHS!!
We are NRIs based out of the United States. My wife and I are from Bangalore. My wife saw the ad for Royal Nisarga in Kengeri and liked the project. We approached them and asked my aged father-in-law and mother-in-law to visit the site. They had a big launch show during the site visit with mic and other arrangements. They asked them pay a blocking amount and said all the sites are being sold. Since We liked the development we paid a sum of 1 lakh and blocked the site. Later we paid a sum of Seventeen Lakh Thirty Siz thousand after which a Sale Agreement was executed between Landlord G. Prasad Reddy, I , and my wife.
This was executed on Feb-02-2023. Since we had to complete the registration before 90 days, I made travel plans to Bangalore and notified Virtue Infra of my schedule. They asked me to transfer an additional sum of eleven lakhs Sixty-four thousand to the company Virtue Infra Pvt Ltd (Total: Rs: 30,00,000) and told me its mandatory to schedule registration.
Upon my arrival, they keep moving the registration date forward multiple times. Finally, upon giving them an ultimatum, they called and informed me that the registration date is fixed for 27-APRIL-2023. However, the night before, they called me and informed me that the landlord has registered the site to someone else.
When I confronted them, they told me they will give me another plot in the same row. However, the next day when I visited the site, I saw that the plot they offered already had a compound and someone had put up their board on the plot. I got suspicious and went to their office and confronted them. They tried to convince me to go ahead and register the other site. However, I did not want to continue doing business with them and ask for a refund.

This happened in May and Until now I have not received a penny from them. ALL THE CHEQUES THEY GAVE BOUNCED 2 TIMES!!!!
The owner Aravind Kumar doesn’t even have the decency to talk once to us. It’s his signature on all the bounced checks and we are taking him to court. We have filed a case with RERA too.
