I'm James Trano, REALTOR® and residential sales associate with Senné RE in our Arlington MA office. I have had the pleasure of assisting many home buyers and sellers realize their real estate needs. Before becoming a REALTOR®, I worked for several local corporations in Boston, including Forrester Research and most recently Thomson Reuters. Through my roles in these companies, I learned the importance of managing my business, negotiating, personal skills and most importantly, working towards success. To that end, I have enjoyed helping my clients realize their personal goals through their real estate transactions. Having worked closely with local developers on their projects I've developed business relationships with designers, mortgage professionals, attorneys and other industry professionals who can also benefit you, my client. A Real Estate transaction has many nuances, from beginning to the eventual closing. There are moving pieces, individuals and negotiations at work in concert resulting in a property transitioning between two parties, the Buyer and the Seller. I'm Cassie Dealy and I'm also a REALTOR® with Senné. I'm originally from Australia and my husband and I moved to the United States in 2000. As I got older, and we had started a family, I realized the answer to what makes a home is different for every person. My interest, and enthusiasm, in real estate grew as I looked to find the perfect home for our growing family. Real estate is a natural progression from my interest and background in administration and web design, and a self-professed flair for decorating. I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing and very personal experience. That’s why I’m dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service. I take great pride in building a relationship and working relentlessly on my client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals.
