When flipping. Not only do we want to pay a fair price for houses that are in need of some love to become homes again, but we want to give families a good price for the purchase as well. More importantly, we want the property to be a safe and comfortable one when the family moves in. One where they can be proud of their investment and focus their time on the things that really matter. Dealing with repair after repair is costly, time consuming, and can be emotionally demanding as well. Our goal is to make sure that we don't sell anyone a house that we ourselves wouldn't be proud to live in.
