When the builder hands me a roll of blue tape, I take it seriously.

Paint touch ups, caulking, trim, flooring, cabinets, etc. This is the time to catch any and everything that may seem “small” but needs to be fixed prior to my buyers taking possession.

A blue tape walk through is about making sure all items that need to be addressed before closing, get addressed and perfected.

We’d talk about your goals & what “home” actually means for this season of your life.

We’d map out your budget and what it really gets you in DFW right now.

We’d talk timeline, must-haves, and dealbreakers before we ever step inside a listing.

We’d walk every showing together, and I’d tell you the truth, even when it’s not what you want to hear.

When we find the one, I’d negotiate like it’s my own family buying it.

And after closing, I’m still your agent for life.
