One thing I feel strongly about as a Realtor: my job isn't to tell a seller what they want to hear. It's to give them the honest advice that puts them in the best position to succeed.

Selling this Fairlington townhouse went beyond simply putting it on the market.

We started by looking at the home through a buyer's eyes and identifying which changes were needed to make a difference. From there, I gave strategic advice on staging and pricing, while making sure my client understood the details of the process and felt confident moving forward.

The questions I get asked again and again about living in Arlington, Virginia. I’m excited to share this post because it brings me back to my days as a top DC hotel concierge!

For example, where do people go to learn about w**e while dining? I love exploring different w**es with the flights at Screwtop, a cozy neighborhood spot in Clarendon.

Or what are the most prominent neighborhoods in Arlington? Clarendon, National Landing, and Rosslyn. Each one offers something different yet are all equally sought after.
