Kate brings over 10 years of real estate experience and a special expertise in new construction. With a background in interior design, she has helped clients find land, evaluate renovation vs. rebuilding, partner with trusted builders, and navigate the custom-home process from start to finish.

A longtime DMV resident, Kate has lived in DC and Arlington and now calls McLean home, where she lives with her husband and two children in a custom home she helped manage from the ground up.

Kate’s experience, design eye, market knowledge, and approachable style make her a wonderful addition to our team—and an incredible resource for our clients.
