Legends Hotel Group has partnered with an exclusive manufacturer for a new product line of container module hotels.

Legends manufacturing partner will leverage 20 and 40 ft. metal shipping containers to provide a pre-constructed architecture for flooring, walls, and infrastructure.

Shipping container architecture immediately reduces construction costs up to 40% per square foot. In addition, Legends pre-fabricated facilities can often be deployed in 30% of the time, and reduces up to 90% of the waste typically associated with traditional on-site construction.

Legends manufacturing partnering will build facilities that contain 60-120 units for the budget and economy hotel market.
