The units are piling up this summer! The DC apartment and mixed use industry is busy! Landmark will be delivering both of these buildings Q1 2024. 3220 Prospect is a 115 unit building across from the famous Cafe Milano, and the Drake II is a 10 story building in Scott Circle.
