It’s been a while since I’ve shown up here,my last real post was 2020.

But behind the scenes?
License active in PA and now VA. Stayed focused on clients (not algorithms).
Last year, as a part time agent I closed over $5M in sales volume without a real online presence, largely through relationships, referrals, and timing.

But I keep hearing it from top producers and industry experts:
👉 Social media matters.

So this year, I’m leaning in.
More online presence. More useful real estate information. More behind-the-scenes. More real estate (and real life).
