Springfield, MA has reclaimed the top spot on Realtor.com's Hottest Housing Markets ranking in March, bouncing back after a brief winter lull. The city, located 90 miles west of Boston, attracted 3.6 times the national average of online viewers per listing last month, with homes selling in just 32 days, nearly a month faster than the national median. Its relative affordability continues to draw buyers priced out of Boston, which remains firmly in seller's market territory.
