1. Thomas View Road - One of the most challenging transactions we’ve had to date, but we love a good challenge 😁. The seller decided to sell right after renewing his lease with the tenants for another year. Legally, per the standard NOVA lease, a tenant does not need to allow showings or cooperate in any way to let others into the home to do showings, an appraisal, home inspection, final walkthrough, etc. So, we had to find a buyer that was willing to purchase the home sight unseen. This was a next to an almost impossible situation because would you buy a home without ever stepping foot inside? Luckily, we were able to find a buyer quickly to do just that!

2. Sugarland Run Road - Our seller was moving out of the area and she interviewed quite a few agents. She ultimately chose us because she liked our hands on approach on making not only renovation suggestions, but managing the renovations from start to finish. She also read our Zillow reviews and was impressed by what everyone had to say. Once all the renovations were completed, we staged the property, prepped for pictures, got all our marketing materials prepared. The hardwork paid off! In the end we received 8 offers with closed within 2 weeks, with 0 contingencies and the winning offer was $50,500 above list! Check out the email from our seller ➡️

Beautiful Day for a closing for these sweet folks today!

They had been renting an apartment together and were quickly realizing that they were outgrowing their space and were wasting their money on rent 🫣, so they decided to pull the trigger on this one of a kind expanded condo unit! This condo is two units combined into 1 and as our clients’ joked, there’s a left wing and a right wing!🤩
