Some because of personal decisions and others from curveballs along our journey. Through these challenges, I reflected often and decided to reinvent myself and restart my life. With my faith and spirituality, I found my path forward and dedicated myself to serving others, just as I had all my life. I grew up in a wonderful, caring family that taught me the value of service and community. My parents recently celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary modeling the sanctity of marriage I dreamed of as a little girl. In addition, my mother and father helped instill the development of my faith through our attendance at church every Sunday. Following this template enhanced my spirituality and service to others in me. After graduating with a degree in sociology from Southern University and A&M College, I worked as a juvenile probation officer for about 12 years. Working with our youth is one of my deepest passions, fueling my passion for service and helping others. While serving as a probation officer, I earned a master's degree in Christian education at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Using this newfound knowledge, I developed numerous programs for the youth at my church and impactful lessons to augment my pastor's ministry. Then, life took me in a new direction when I helped my brother in his first political campaign. The local political party liked my initiative and ability to connect with others and offered me a position. My political success led me to think about other careers where I could enjoy a flexible schedule and help people reach their goals. So, I decided to pursue a career in real estate. As a REALTOR®, I'm always honest and work with each client to explore their options and make the right decision for their family. I aim to be transparent in every encounter while delivering a memorable experience for my clients from the first showing to closing. My priority as a REALTOR® is helping you and your family achieve your goals. Now with nearly a decade of experience in real estate, I'll educate you on the ins and outs of buying or selling a home. I'll always be honest with my clients, helping to explore every option. Many of my clients are new to North Texas, and I enjoy introducing them to the area and its assorted neighborhoods. I'm a problem solver and will work with you to overcome obstacles. For example, I've received testimonials about helping clients improve their credit scores to purchase a home.
