Another day, another “blue tape party”!

Do you know the purpose of a new home orientation and what that involves?

A new home orientation meeting (sometimes called a homeowner orientation, pre-closing walk-through, or new construction orientation) is the builder’s opportunity to introduce the buyer to their new home and explain how everything works before closing. It is also the time for you to do your pre-walkthrough and discuss the 3rd party inspector findings as well as any findings that do not suit your approval.

Once you discuss any needed corrections to the home, you will then have a final walkthrough just before closing.

Your builder builds the home. My job is helping you understand the process.
