Homes completed- 133
Roofs completed- 31
Driveways completed- 12
Maintenance runs completed- 352
Fences completed- 66

We are expanding and looking for the following positions to be filled, please send us an email with your qualifications and/or resume.

General labor

Description - daily help for skilled workers, clean up, prep, and basic assembly.

Skilled labor

Description- Painting, drywall, plumbing, hvac, electrical, and carpentry skills. (No work that would require a license)

Landscape crew and crew lead.

Description- lawn clean up, light tree trimming, trash disposal, hauling debris to disposal, and some material deliveries.

-Crew Leaders
Description- (Must have all tools necessary to complete work assigned, access to additional labor, and provable prior experience.)

Most of our work is in Arlington and Grand Prairie, but we do work all over DFW.

All positions are full time contract work, consistant work 5-6 days a week. We are booked for the foreseeable future so this is a long term position. We want individuals that are willing to grow with the company and move up as they progress in this field.

We have a few openings for the following-

-General labor- $140 a day.
Description - daily help for skilled workers, clean up, prep, and basic assembly.

-Skilled labor- $165 a day.
Description- Painting, drywall, plumbing, hvac, electrical, and carpentry skills.

-Crew Leaders- $200 a day.
Description- (Must have all tools necessary to complete work assigned, access to additional labor, and provable prior experience.)

Opened walls to living room to make way for a huge island seating area, and deleted fireplace. Custom concrete art countertops, copper farmhouse sink, new windows, custom cabinets, new lighting, and new appliances.

It’s been a while since our last post. We’ve been so crazy busy I haven’t had time to post any of the amazing projects we have completed.
Last year we completed 226 homes! It was a big year and we were hoping for a better one this year. Unfortunately, as you all know when the Covid-19 hit and soon got out of control in our country, our business changed dramatically. We were one of the fortunate companies that have been able to stay open as essential workers. With any luck the new year will bring an end to all this pandemic. Luckily we have not lost anyone to the pandemic and so far everyone has stayed healthy.
As most of you know we don’t advertise much. The majority of our business is done by referrals and repeat customers.
I want to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers, new, and existing for keeping us busy this year.
